Geneva Mae Ratliff Johnson Gross, 86, of 71 Coyle Street, Owingsville, KY, passed away Saturday April 15, 2017 at St. Joseph Hospital, Mt. Sterling, KY.

          Born March 30, 1931, she was the daughter of the late Arthur and Elva Mae Griffey Ratliff. She was the widow of the late James Gross and also the widow of the late James R. Johnson.

          In addition to her parents and husbands, she was preceded in death by a son, James Michael Johnson and a brother Arthur Ratliff.

          Survivors include 3 brothers, James Ratliff and his wife Betty Joyce of Owingsville, KY, Roger Ratliff of Lexington, KY and Mike Ratliff and his wife Jodie of Preston, KY, 2 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.

          Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday April 19, 2017 at 2:00 PM at Powell Funeral Home with Rev. Chris Bailey officiating. Interment will follow in Dickerson Cemetery. Visitation will be held Wednesday from Noon until 2:00 PM.
