Glen Thomas Ramey, 85, of Owingsville, KY, passed away Sunday at St. Joseph Hospital, Mt. Sterling, KY.

          Born June 18, 1932 at Rowan County, KY, he was the son of the late John and Mary Mefford Ramey. He was a retired A.O. Smith employee and was a U.S. Army veteran.

          Survivors include 3 daughters, Mary Anne Curd of Olympia, KY, Teresa Ramey of Owingsville, KY and Dorothy Manning of Owingsville, KY, 4 sons, Henry Williams of Liberty, KY, Fred Williams of Owingsville, KY, Ed Ramey of Houston, TX and John Ramey of Owingsville, KY. Several grandchildren also survive.

          A memorial service will be conducted Saturday November 4, 2017 at 11:00 AM at Powell Funeral Home with Rev. Vernon Lambert officiating. Visitation will be Saturday morning from 10:00 AM until service time at the funeral home.
