Leslie O. “Buzz” Crouch, 70, of Salt Lick, passed away Wednesday April 13, 2016 at St. Claire Regional Medical Center in Morehead.

          Born October 4, 1945 at Salt Lick, KY, he was the son of the late Everett and Mabel Pergram Crouch and was a retired heavy equipment operator.

          Survivors include 3 daughters, Regina Willoughby and her husband Clayton of Frenchburg, Tammy Ferrell and Micah Hunt and her husband Ray all of Salt Lick, 5 sisters, Ella Francis Jewell of Salt Lick, Wanda Conn of Salt Lick, Betty Goodpaster of Mt. Sterling, Connie Lykins of Salt Lick and Sheila Thomas of Salt Lick, 2 brothers, Willis Crouch and Everett Crouch, Jr. both of Salt Lick, 6 grandchildren, Marcus Ferrell, Cody and Travis Willoughby, Tori and Gavin Crouch and Gabe Thompson.

          In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son, Leslie Darren Crouch and a brother, Kenneth Crouch.

          Graveside services will be conducted Saturday April 16, 2016 at 3:30 PM at Upper Salt Lick Cemetery with Pastor Vernon Lambert officiating. Visitation will be Saturday from 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM at Powell Funeral Home, Salt Lick.

          Pallbearers will be Jeff Conn, Randy Conn, Roger Crouch, Travis Willoughby, Marcus Ferrell and Gavin Crouch. Honorary pallbearers will be Travis Thomas, Cody Willoughby, Gabe Thompson, Robbie Jewell and Chad Lykins.
