Marvin Ray Lewis, 59, of 590 Spring Hollow Road, Salt Lick, KY, passed away Saturday October 17, 2015 at University Of Kentucky Medical Center in Lexington, KY.
Born December 5, 1955 at West Liberty, KY, he was the son of Thelma Fairchild Lewis of West Liberty, KY and the late Charles Lewis and was a former construction worker.
Surviving, in addition to his mother is his wife, Connie Downs Lewis, 2 sons, Jason Michael Lewis and his wife Angie of Owingsville, KY and Justin Ray Lewis of Salt Lick, KY, 2 grandchildren, Nicholas and Chelsea Lewis, 4 sisters, Wilma Adkins of Frankfort, KY, Shirley Lewis of West Liberty, KY, Sheila Lewis Raymer of Smithfield, VA and Sharon Lewis of West Liberty, KY, 2 brothers, Dean Lewis and Jerry Lewis both of West Liberty, KY.
Preceding him in death, in addition to his father, were 3 brothers, Charles, Jr., Laverne and Jackie Lewis.
Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday October 21, 2015 at 1:00 PM at Powell Funeral Home. Visitation will be Tuesday October 20, 2015 from 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM.
