Nancy Mae Pergram Blevins, 90, of Olympia, passed away Saturday July 8, 2017 at St. Claire Regional Medical Center in Morehead, KY.

          Born June 13, 1927 in Bath County, she was the daughter of the late William Monroe and Emma Lee Conn Pergram. She was a homemaker and member of the Mudlick First Church Of God.

          Survivors include her son, Bobby Wayne Blevins and his wife Jewell Mae Highley Blevins, of Olympia, a grandson, Robbie Wayne Blevins of Olympia, 2 great-grand children, Allison Michelle Gose (Dylan) of Olympia and Jayden Kane Blevins of Mount Sterling, a great great granddaughter, Karleigh Rae Gose of Olympia and several nieces and nephews.

          In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Foy Blevins, 2 sisters, Leona Wilson and Myrtle Zepeda and 1 brother, Monroe Pergram, Jr.

          Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday July 11, 2017 at 2:00 PM at Powell Funeral Home in Salt Lick with Rev. Mark Caldwell officiating. Burial will follow in Upper Salt Lick Cemetery. Visitation will be Tuesday from 12:00 PM until service time at 2:00 PM, at the funeral home.

          Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
