Regina Gaye Willoughby, 46, of Salt Lick, passed away Tuesday August 9, 2016 at Hospice Care Center in Lexington.

          Born August 22, 1969 at Mount Sterling, KY, she was a homemaker and attended the Salt Lick First Church Of God.

          Survivors include her husband of 27 years, Stanley Clayton "Wimpy"  Willoughby, her mother, Matilda Crouch (Don Horton), 2 sons, Cody Willoughby (Katelyn Frodge) and Travis Willoughby, 2 sisters, Tammy Ferrell and Micah Hunt (Ray), 2 grandsons, Keegan Frodge and Brantley Brooks, niece and nephews, Tori, Marcus, Gavin and Gabe and several aunts, uncles and cousins.

          Preceding her in death was her father, Leslie “Buzz” Crouch and a brother, Leslie Darrin Crouch.

          Funeral services will be conducted Friday August 12, 2016 at 3:00 PM at Powell Funeral Home with Bro. Vernon Lambert officiating. Visitation will be Friday from 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM at the funeral home.
