Timothy Earl Stover, 70, of 1012 Riddle Road, Owingsville, KY, passed away Friday October 20, 2017 at St. Joseph Hospital, Mount Sterling, KY.

          Born February 24, 1947 at Artie, W.Va., the son of the late Eldie and Carmel Alfreda Williams Stover. He was a retired coal miner with the UMWA and was a United States Marine Corp veteran serving during the Vietnam War.

          Survivors include a son, James Stover of Olympia, KY, 2 daughters Misty Hall (Jack) of Owingsville and Renee Stover (Chris Ginter) of Olympia, KY, 1 sister, Katherine Crafton (Rod) of Sadalia, KY, 3 brothers, Joe Stover (Sandy), John Stover (Velma) and his twin brother Bill Stover (Marilyn) all of Fulton, KY, 9 grandchildren, Jack Hall, Jr., Josh Hall, Cymantha Hall, Corey Stover, Tyler Stover, Keeley Stover, Tiffany Ginter, Cecilia Williams and Maggie Conn and 3 great-grandchildren.

          In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death 2 sisters, Jean Daily and Audrey Treadway and 2 brothers, Jack and Jim Stover.

          Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday October 24, 2017 at 2:00 PM at Powell Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Jones Cemetery. Visitation will be Tuesday October 24, 2017 from noon until service time at the funeral home.

          Graveside military honors will be provided by the Morehead American Legion Post #126, who will also be serving as pallbearers.
