Dennis Wade Shrout

          Dennis Wade Shrout, 65, of 1927 Moore’s Ferry Road, Salt Lick, KY, passed away suddenly Saturday morning January 11, 2020.

          Born July 12, 1954 at Mount Sterling, KY, he was a retired farmer and farm equipment dealer for many years, and enjoyed spending time with his grandson and taking long drives with his dog.

          Survivors include his wife Reppie Howard Shrout, 1 son, Dale Wade Shrout and his wife Sunnie of Mount Sterling, KY and 2 grandchildren, Dawson Wade Shrout and Claira Elizabeth Thompson.

          He was preceded in death by his parents and 1 brother.

          Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday January 14, 2020 at 2:00 PM at Powell Funeral Home, Salt Lick, KY with Bro. Jim Mitchell and Bro. Andy Lands officiating. Burial will follow in Longview Cemetery at Bethel, KY.

          Visitation will be Monday evening January 13, 2020 from 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM at the funeral home.

          Serving as pallbearers will be, Ron Hargis, Mike Hargis, Randy Cline, Phillip Cline, Jamie Cline and Ricky Maze.
