Geletta Wills, 88, of 315 Old Place Lane, Salt Lick, KY, passed away Friday September 1, 2017 at St. Claire Regional Medical Center in Morehead, KY.

          Born March 24, 1929 in Letcher County, Kentucky, the daughter of the late Isaac Leander and Eva Caroline Stevens Rose.

          Mrs. Wills was a homemaker, member of the Young’s Valley Church Of God and was an avid animal lover who enjoyed writing poetry and song lyrics in her spare time.

          Survivors include her husband, Orville Wills, 3 sons, Joseph Lee Davidson, Robert Wayne Davidson and Johnny Davidson, 2 sisters, Marie Chandler and Mary Cox, 1 brother, Frank Rose, 8 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren.

          In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Roy Eugene Davidson, 1 sister, Martha McDonald and 3 brothers, Bob Rose, Jim Rose and Leroy Rose.

          Graveside services will be conducted Wednesday September 6, 2017 at 1:00 PM at Butler County Memorial Park in Hamilton, OH where interment will follow. Visitation will be Tuesday September 5 from 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM at Powell Funeral Home.
