Revelation 21:4 " he will wipe out every tear from their eyes and death will be no more neither will mourning nor out cry nor pain be anymore the former things have passed away." My thoughts and prayers and those of the Owingsville First Church of God are with the Jewell McKenzie Family through this time. By all accounts, Jewell was a wonderful Christian woman and by virtue of the fact that her mother was a "Rice", I always like to claim kinship. And especially now, because in a time when death comes, we're all family. May the comfort and peace of Christ be very real to you in your time of grief.

Been thinking all day about all the great week-ends with Mom and Dad, Bill and Jewell, Jack and Goodie, and Tim and Charlene playing cards and us having so much fun. Didn't matter whose house we were at we were just all together having lots of good times. We couldn't wait for the week-ends. Sure do miss those days. I'm so sorry for your loss. Jewell was one of a kind. We will be out of town with Mom next week but please know you are in our thoughts and prayers. Love you all!
