Louise A. Crouch, 75,  of 669 Black Sulphur Rd., Salt Lick, KY, passed away Friday December 15, 2017 at St. Claire Regional Medical Center, Morehead, KY.

          Born March 24, 1942 at Jackson, MI, she was a daughter of the late Franklin and Esther Putnam Rarick. She attended the Church Of Christ and was a homemaker and former employee of Cowden Manufacturing and Bath Manufacturing.

          Survivors include her husband, Thomas R. Crouch, 1 daughter, Linda Robinson and her husband Barry, 4 sons, Randy Crouch and his wife Virgie, Tom Crouch and his wife Madeline, Rodney Crouch and Paul Crouch and his wife Tracy, 13 grandchildren, 1 sister, Ruth Russell, 1 brother, Richard Raley, 2 half sisters, Minnie Miller and Betty Thompson and 1 half brother, Chuck Miller.

          In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Bud Putnam.

          Funeral services will be conducted Monday December 18, 2017 at 1:00 PM at Powell Funeral Home with Bro. David Alford officiating. Burial will follow in Upper Salt Lick Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM Sunday December 17 at the funeral home.

          Pallbearers will be Eddie Crouch, Roger Crouch, Ethan Crouch, Lyle Crouch, Jr., Austin Crouch and Donnie Davis.
