Billy Clay Myers, 72, of 942 Fraley Road, Salt Lick, passed away Saturday November 7, 2009 at Ridgeway Nursing and Rehabilitation Facility in Owingsville after an extended illness.
He was a Bath County native, born May 6, 1937 the son of the late Johnny and Martha Mae Gray Myers and was a U.S. Army veteran.
Survivors include a son, Billy Copher of Salt Lick, a sister, Sadie Fay Hunt of Preston and 4 grandchildren.
Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday November 10, 2009 at 1:00 PM at Powell Funeral Home with Bro. Marlin Corey officiating. Burial will follow in Jones Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6 – 9 PM Monday.
