Carl Deschenes

          Carl Deschenes, 58, of 124 Moores Ferry Road, Salt Lick, KY, passed away Monday afternoon November 26, 2018 at St. Claire Regional Medical Center in Morehead, KY.

          Born October 16, 1960 at West Port, MA, he was the son of the late Michael and Germaine Bedard Deschenes. He was a carpenter and former member of the Salt Lick Volunteer Fire Department.

          Survivors include his wife Dianna Christy Deschenes, a daughter, Karla Deschenes O’Neil and her husband Kevin of Newaygo, MI, a granddaughter, Charlotte O’Neil, a sister, Michelle Jones of Olive Hill, KY and a special brother in law, Mike Neff of Salt Lick, KY.

          In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by 3 nephews, Mike Jones, Donnie Jones and Kevin “Tater” Helton.

          A private family service will be held at a later date.
