Carolyn (Jewell) Fulton

          Carolyn Jewell Fulton, 81 of 8795 East Highway 60, Salt Lick, KY, passed away Friday January 26, 2024 at her residence.

          Born June 4, 1942, she was a daughter of the late Ollie Allen Jewell and the late Rushia Ann Conn Jewell.

          In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Danny Fulton, 2 sisters: Jane Swartz and Judy Burchett, 3 brothers: Wendell Jewell, Allen Jewell and Bobby Jewell and 3 step-children, Kenny Fulton, Danny Fulton and Millicent Johnson.

          Survivors include a son, Jeff Thomas of Danville, KY, a daughter, Kerri Chapman of Salt Lick, KY, step-sons, Randy Chapman, Billy Chapman and Wayne Fulton of Morehead, KY,  2 sisters, Glenda Lansdale of San Antonio, TX and Sue Smith of Winchester, KY, 3 brothers, Billy Ray Jewell of Owingsville, KY, Rodney Jewell of Salt Lick, KY and Doug Jewell of Salt Lick, KY, several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

          Per Carolyn’s wishes, she will be cremated and the will be no services.

          Powell Funeral Home, Salt Lick, KY is assisting the family with arrangements.
