Carolyn (Perry) Triplett

          Carolyn Triplett, 84, of West Paul Lewis Drive, Owingsville, KY, passed away Tuesday February 7, 2023.

          Born April 26, 1938 a daughter of the late Beckham and Alma Johnson Perry. She was a retired employee of A.O. Smith Corporation in Mount Sterling, KY and attended Northside Church Of God in Owingsville, KY.

          Her survivors include her daughter: Cathy Triplett Darrell of Salt Lick, 3 sons: Theron Lee Triplett and his wife Becky, Tim Triplett and his wife Gina of Owingsville, KY and Chuck Triplett and his wife Christine of Mount Sterling, KY, 2 sister: Barbara Powell of Salt Lick, KY and Marcella Rose of Frenchburg, 1 brother: Billy Perry of Middletown, OH, 10 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

          In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by 2 granddaughters: infant Shirley Nicole Triplett and Jennifer Gayle Triplett, 3 sisters: Charlotte Holland, Rosemary Stull and Betty Feltz and 1 brother: Bobby Crouch.

          A memorial service will be held Friday February 10, 2023 at 1:00 PM at Powell Funeral Home, Salt Lick, KY

          Visitation will be from 11:00 AM until service time at 1:00 PM Friday at the funeral home.

          Burial will follow the memorial service in Dickerson Cemetery, Salt Lick, KY.

          In lieu of flowers, contributions are suggested to Christian Social Services or an  underprivileged children’s Christmas program of one’s choice
