Cathy Pauline Hardin McIntosh, 72, of Hardin Road, Salt Lick, KY, passed away Monday December 26, 2022 at her home after an extended illness.
Survivors include her husband, Chester McIntosh, Jr., 1 son: James Russell McIntosh, 2 daughters: Jennifer Rose McIntosh and Candy Leanna Thomas, 5 grandsons: Bryan Donahue, Joshua Donahue, Logan Donahue, Jacob Woodard and River McCarty, 1 granddaughter: Katie McIntosh and 2 great-granddaughters: Emily Donahue and Aleah Woodard.
Private family services are being handled through Powell Funeral Home, Salt Lick, KY.
