Charles Michael Frazier, 54, of 1376 Indian Mound Dr., Apt. #4, Mount Sterling, KY, passed away Thursday March 13, 2014 at his residence.
Born December 29, 1959 at Cleveland, OH, he was the son of the late Clifford Frazier and the late Reva Walzer Frazier Carr. He was a U.S. Army Veteran.
Survivors include 1 daughter, Katie Markland of Mount Sterling, KY, 1 son, Chucky Frazier of Salt Lick, KY, 2 sisters, Lisa Mullins of Bowling Green, KY and Tonya Harmon of Morehead, KY, 1 brother Cliff Frazier of Dayton, OH and 3 grandchildren.
Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday March 18, 2014 at 2:00 PM at Powell Funeral Home with Bro. Greg Crouch officiating. Burial will follow in Dickerson Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM Monday March 17, 2014 at the funeral home.
