Charles Raymond Hardin, 90, of Salt Lick passed away Sunday August 29, 2010 at Ridgeway Manor Nursing Home in Owingsville.
Born September 25, 1919, he was the son of the late Deet and Mary Belle Crouch Hardin and was the husband of the late Della Hardin. He was retired from the Bath County Road Department and was of the Church Of God faith.
Survivors include 4 sons, Charlie Hardin and wife Lori, Roger Hardin and wife Mary, Tommy Hardin and wife Twila and Joe Hardin and wife Linda all of Salt Lick, 4 daughters, Nancy Ward and husband Arnold, Ellen McCarty and husband Hank, Barbara Staton and husband Phillip all of Salt Lick and Judy Wolford and husband Ray of Louisa, 43 grandchildren, 71 great-grandchildren and 10 great great-grandchildren.
Services will be conducted Wednesday September 1, 2010 at 2:00 PM at Powell Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Jones Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6 – 9 PM Tuesday August 31 at the funeral home.
