Chester Otis Crouch, 86, of 8561 East Highway 36, Olympia, KY, passed away Tuesday November 5, 2013 at St. Joseph East Hospital in Lexington, KY.
Born March 2, 1927 in Bath County, he was the son of the late Curtis and Margaret McCarty Crouch and was a retired construction worker and farmer, member of the Mudlick First Church Of God and a WWII Army Veteran. He was preceded in death by his wife, Annie Gladys Blevins Crouch in 2008.
Survivors include 3 daughters, Kathy Curry (Bobby), Judy Crouch (Danny Ray) and Vickie Franklin (Alvin Jones), 7 sons, Danny Crouch (Donna), Ralph Crouch (Debbie), Jeffry Crouch (Tammy), Rick Crouch (Nancy), Ron Crouch (Toni), Brad Crouch (Lisa) and Rob Crouch (Kim), 1 sister, Elizabeth Meeks, 17 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be conducted Friday November 8, 2013 at 1:00 PM at Mudlick First Church Of God with Rev. Mark Caldwell officiating. Burial will follow in Upper Salt Lick Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6:00 – 8:00 PM Thursday November 7 at the Mudlick First Church Of God. Grave-side military honors will be conducted by the Morehead American Legion Post #126.
