Clara (Sherland) Maxson

          Mrs. Clara Maxson, 97, of Plymouth, IN, formerly of Olympia, KY, passed away Saturday November 16, 2024.

          Clara was born December 5, 1926. She was the widow of the late Lloyd Maxson, who passed away November 10, 2024. She was a member of the City Of Refuge Church at Olympia, KY.

          In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a son: Lawrence Maxson, a daughter: Laura Dever and a granddaughter: Teresa Fultz.

          Survivors include a daughter: Doris Grashorn and her husband Steve of Plymouth, IN, 9 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.

          Funeral services will be conducted Thursday November 21, 2024 at 12:30 PM at City Of Refuge Church with Pastor Mike Munday officiating. Burial will follow in Oldfield Cemetery. Family visitation will be from 11:30 AM – 12:00 PM Thursday at the church, with public visitation following until service time at 12:30 PM.
