Corbitt Kendall, Jr., 77, of 3015 South Highway 211, Salt Lick, passed away Tuesday September 1, 2009 at St. Joseph Hospital Mt. Sterling.
Born June 1, 1932 in Bath County, he was the son of the late Luther and Emma Moore Kendall. He was a retired construction worker and Korean War veteran.
Survivors include 1 son, Dale Kendall of Mt. Sterling, 1 daughter, Pamela Cornwell of Owingsville, 2 sisters, Amanda Flora Crouch of Salt Lick and Della Myers of Buffalo, Missouri, 1 brother, Elza "Bunk" Kendall of Salt Lick, 5 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren and 1 great great-grandchild.
Funeral services will be conducted Thursday September 3, 2009 at 2:00 PM at the Upper Salt Lick Church Of Christ. Burial will follow in the Upper Salt Lick Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6 – 9 PM Wednesday at Powell Funeral Home in Salt Lick.
