Dwayne Lee Maze, 51, of 582 Cave Run Lake Road, Salt Lick, KY, passed away Sunday July 5, 2015 at St. Claire Regional Medical Center.
He was born October 22, 1963 at Mount Sterling, KY and was employed as a truck driver with Ballard, Inc.
Survivors include his wife Sherry Hunt Maze, his parents, Wilburn and Alberta Owens Maze of Salt Lick, KY, 1 son, Jacob Taylor Maze of Salt Lick, KY, 1 sister, Kathy Lynn Maze (Dan Miller) of Byron, GA, 1 brother, Bruce Allen Maze (Julie) of Winfield, PA, 1 aunt, Hildreth Johnson of Salt Lick, KY, 2 uncles, Clay Maze of Salt Lick, KY and Norman Owens of Salt Lick, KY and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be conducted Thursday July 9, 2015 at 1:00 PM at Powell Funeral Home with Pastor Bush Stevenson officiating. Burial will follow in Jones Cemetery. Visitation will be Wednesday July 8, 2015 from 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM at the funeral home.
