Harold Keister, 92, of 165 Centerfire Lane, Salt Lick, KY, husband of Shirley Keister, passed away Thursday morning, December 3, 2015 at Ridgeway Nursing and Rehabilitation Facility in Owingsville, KY.

         Mr. Keister was born August 27, 1923 at Huntington, WV, the son of the late Chauncey and Mary Anna Wise Keister. He was a WWII Navy veteran and was retired as custodian of the Presbyterian Church of Huntington, WV.

         Surviving, in addition to his wife, are 2 daughters, Debbie Staller and Barbara Dewitt, 2 sons, Michael Keister and David Keister, 1 sister, Helen Harris and several grandchildren

         There will be no public services. Arrangements are under the care of Powell Funeral Home of Salt Lick, KY.
