Mrs. Hazel Joyce Caldwell, 82, of Morehead, KY passed away Sunday May 13, 2012 at St. Claire Regional Medical Center in Morehead.
Born December 28, 1929 at Amba, KY, she was the daughter of the late Hobart Anthony and Anna Florence Akers Keathley and was the widow of the late Tyrus Raymond Caldwell who preceded her in death in 1991.
Survivors include 1 son, Gary R. Caldwell of Mount Sterling, KY, 1 brother, Denver Tex Keathley of Prestonsburg, KY, 4 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
Grave-side services will be conducted Wednesday May 16, 2012 at 12:30 PM at Camp Nelson National Cemetery at Nicholasville, KY. Visitation will be from 9:00 AM – 10:30 AM Wednesday May 16, 2012 at Powell Funeral Home in Salt Lick.
