Mrs. Helen Marie Crouch McNabb, 79, of Pine Grove Road, Olympia, KY, passed away Friday evening, January 2, 2026 at UK-St. Claire Regional Medical Center in Morehead, KY.
Helen was born November 21, 1946 at Pine Grove, a daughter of the late Burl James and Effie Pearl Craig Crouch. She was a retired employee of Cowden Mfg. and the U.S. Postal Service and was a member of Mudlick First Church Of God.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by 2 sisters: Mildred Faye Crouch McNabb and Geraldine Crouch Sweeney, 2 brothers: Vernon “Bun” Crouch and James D. Crouch, also 2 great-grandchildren: Emani Smith and Avery Lake.
Survivors include her husband, James Curtis McNabb, a daughter: Jamese Vigus and her husband Timothy, a son: Matthew McNabb and his wife Angela, a sister: Dorothy Roberson, 2 brothers: Marvin Crouch and his wife Sheila and Shirley Crouch and his wife Judy, 6 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday January 7, 2026 at 1:00 PM at Mudlick First Church Of God with Rev. Mark Caldwell officiating. Burial will follow in the McNabb section of Upper Salt Lick Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM Tuesday evening January 6, 2026 at Mudlick First Church Of God.
Serving as pallbearers: Leighton McNabb, David Smith, Josh Craig, Maison Craig, Joey McNabb, Randy Crouch, Timothy Vigus and Michael Denkins. Honorary pallbearers will be: Shawn Rudd, Caden Messer, Allen Messer, Ronnie Butcher, Roger Coyle, Tim Shrout and Damian Clem.
