Hobert Ray Caskey

          Mr. Hobert Ray Caskey, 72, of Salt Lick, KY, passed away Thursday February 27, 2025 at UK-St. Claire Regional Medical Center in Morehead, KY.

          Born in Morgan County, KY October 24, 1952 a son of the late Hobert Charles and Pearlie Adkin Caskey. He was a retired employee of General Electric Corp..

          In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister: Linda Shelley and a brother: Charles Caskey.

          Survivors include 2 daughters: Tracy Caldwell and her husband Anthony of Morehead, KY and Christina Bowen and her husband Benjamin of Georgetown, KY, 2 sisters: Donna Bailey and her husband Gerald of Olive Hill, KY and Barb Hawkins and her husband Phillip of Owingsville, KY, 7 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.

          Funeral services will be conducted Sunday March 2, 2025 at 1:00 PM at Powell Funeral Home, Salt Lick, KY with Rev. Mark Caldwell officiating. Friends may visit Sunday from 11:00 AM until service time.

          A committal service and burial will take place Monday March 3, 2025 at 11:00 AM in the North Middletown Cemetery, Thatchers Mill Rd., North Middletown, KY 40357.

          Serving as pallbearers: Anthony Caldwell, Benjamin Bowen, Braxton Caldwell, Gerald Bailey, Phillip Hawkins and Ryan Moore.
