Jack Neal Moore, 82, of 371 Bypass Road, Salt Lick, KY, passed away Friday August 30, 2013 at his residence after an extended illness.
Born July 8, 1931 at Erwin, TN the son of the late John G. and Sarah Marie Price Moore. He was retired from the United States Army having served during the Korean conflict and the Vietnam era.
Survivors include his wife, Xe Thi Moore, 1 daughter, Jaclyn Tuyen Werder and her husband Charles of Murrell's Inlet, SC, 6 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
There will be no local service or visitation. Inurnment will be at a later date at Arlington National Cemetery. Powell Funeral Home of Salt Lick, KY is caring for arrangements.
