James Ray "Jamie" Chapman, 35, of Salt Lick, passed away Monday March 16, 2009 at St. Claire Regional Medical Center.
A memorial service will be conducted Saturday March 21, 2009 at 12:00 PM at Powell Funeral Home. Visition will be after 11:00 AM until service time Saturday at the funeral home.
