James Kevin Watkins

          James Kevin Watkins, 47, of Mount Sterling, KY, passed away Saturday June 15, 2024 at University Of Kentucky Medical Center, Lexington, KY.

          Kevin was born September 13, 1976 at Morehead, KY. His father was the late Bert Arnold Watkins, his mother was the late Bronda Kaye Vest Crouch.

          In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by 2 brothers, Greg Watkins and Anthony Watkins.

          Survivors include 2 sons: James Kristopher Watkins and Jacob Dewayne Watkins, 1 sister: Lisa Gibbs and nieces and nephews: Craig Shepherd, Kristy Watkins, Cody Gibbs, Andy Watkins and Anna Gibbs.

          Graveside services will be conducted Saturday June 22, 2024 in the Crouch Cemetery (Crouch Cem. Rd.), S. Hwy. 211, Salt Lick, KY, at 1:30 PM with Pastor Billy Hunt officiating.

          Visitation will be from 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM Saturday June 22, 2024 at Powell Funeral Home, Salt Lick, KY.
