Jimmy Dale Lawson

          Jimmy Dale “J.D.” Lawson, 49, of Salt Lick, passed away Tuesday March 27, 2018.

          Born October 8, 1968, he was the son of the late Ralph and Betty Maze Lawson and was a graduate of Bath County High School and former employee of Swartz Mowing.

          Survivors include 2 sisters, Connie Barker and her husband Randy of Morehead, KY and Debbie Oakley and her husband David of Salt Lick, KY, 1 brother, Tim Lawson and his wife Mona of Salt Lick, KY, 4 nieces, Jasmine Marlow, Kayla Marlow, Tiffany Marlow and Sarah Lawson, 1 nephew, Brad Oakley and 4 great-nieces, Eavie Marlow, Nataleigh Bridges, Jocelyn Adams and Jessa Jones.

          Funeral services will be conducted Saturday March 31, 2018 at 1:00 PM at Powell Funeral Home with Bro. Randall Jackson officiating. Burial will follow in Polksville Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM Friday at the funeral home.
