Johnson Walker Razor, 82, of 9475 East Highway 60, Salt Lick, KY, passed away Friday November 2, 2012 at the Veterans Administration Hospital in Lexington, KY.
Born at Moorefield, KY on June 6, 1930, he was the son of the late Raymond Bailey and Gladys Dean Black Razor. He was a retired teacher with the Rowan County School System, a U.S. Army veteran serving during the Korean War and was a founding member of the Salt Lick Volunteer Fire Department.
Survivors include his wife, Betty Davis Razor, 1 daughter, Paula Donahue and her husband James of Salt Lick, 4 grandsons, Christopher Hatton, Joshua Baird, Jared Baird and Aaron Baird and 10 great-grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Leah Donahue in 2008.
A memorial service will be conducted Wednesday November 7, 2012 at 4:00 PM at Powell Funeral Home in Salt Lick. Visitation will be from noon until 4:00 PM Wednesday.
