Kavannah Grace Adkins, 25, of 160 Spring Hollow Road, Salt Lick, KY, passed away Saturday June 21, 2014 at St. Claire Regional Medical Center in Morehead, KY.
Born December 10, 1988 at Morehead, KY, she was the daughter of Tammy Crouch of Salt Lick, KY and the late Kevin Adkins.
Survivors include her mother, Tammy Crouch, maternal grandmother, Mary Sue Crouch, paternal grandparents, Ora Lee Adkins and Harm Adkins, 4 brothers, Kevin Adkins, Aaron "Pee Wee" Taborn, Logan Royce and Taylor Royce, 3 aunts, Dana (Mark) Crouch, Vicki (Juan) Armitage, and Sabrina Adkins, an uncle, Scotty (Bobbi) Crouch, a special great-uncle, Darvin Crouch and special cousins, Lexie, Ryleigh and Kennedy Crouch.
Funeral services were conducted Thursday June 26, 2014 at 2:00 PM at Powell Funeral Home with Bro. Randall Jackson officiating. Burial followed in the Crouch Family Cemetery on Spring Hollow Road in Salt Lick.
