Keisha Ann Shelton, 32, of 1231 Colorado Drive, Lexington, KY, passed away Thursday December 9, 2010.
Born June 20, 1978 at Morehead, KY, Keisha was the daughter of Eugene Thompson of Salt Lick, KY and Viola Richardson of Frenchburg, KY. She was a former Bio-Med manager with the Lexington Clinic and was a member of the Salt Lick First Church Of God.
Survivors include her husband, Jeff Shelton of Lexington, a son, Jacob Harley Armstrong of Lexington, her father, Eugene Thompson and his wife Shelley of Salt Lick, her mother, Viola Kay Richardson and her husband Dennis of Frenchburg, 3 sisters, Brittany Sharee Armstrong and her husband Scott of Harrodsburg, KY, Tina Michelle Armstrong of Greenville, IL and Tireney Danielle Richardson of Frenchburg, KY, 3 brothers, Tim Thompson and his wife Rachelle of Salt Lick, KY, Chase Richardson of Frenchburg, KY and Joseph Adams and his wife Robin of Grayson, KY, numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins and her loving dog and companion, Wendy.
Preceding her in death were a brother, Roger Garrett Thompson, maternal grandparents, Charlie and Eula Oliver and paternal grandparents, Estill and Annmary Thompson.
Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday December 14, 2010 at 2:00 PM at the Salt Lick First Church Of God with Rev. Vernon Lambert officiating. Burial will follow at Esteppe Cemetery in Rowan County. Visitation will be after 6:00 PM Sunday and Monday at the Salt Lick First Church Of God. Services are under the direction of Powell Funeral Home at Salt Lick.
