Mr. Keith I. Walter, 93, of Geneseo, IL, passed away Monday December 31, 2012.
Born December 25, 1920 in Bettendorf, IA, he was the son of the late Robert O. and Inez Walter and was a WWII U.S. Army veteran and retired business owner. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge, American Legion and the Geneseo Country Club.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Roxanne Hunt Walter and a brother.
Private graveside services will be conducted Saturday January 5, 2013 at 11:00 AM at Ginter Cemetery with Rev. Bush Stevenson officiating. There will be no visitation. Powell Funeral Home of Salt Lick will be caring for arrangements.
In lieu of flowers, contributions are suggested to the Midland First Church of God, Salt Lick, KY or the Henry County Humane Society, Geneseo,
