Lella Jane (Dulin) Drake

          Mrs. Lella Jane Drake, 83, of 1987 Mudlick Road, Salt Lick, KY, passed away Wednesday December 9, 2020 at her residence after an extended illness.      

          Born April 17, 1937 at Sand Lick, KY, she was a daughter of the late Bazel and Vannie Price Dulin. She was a homemaker and attended the Lakeview Community Church in Salt Lick.

          Survivors include her husband, Gerald Drake, 4 children, Judy Smith of Sandy Hook, KY, Harold Holbrook of Salt Lick, KY, Barbara Payton of Owingsville, KY and John George of Salt Lick, KY, 6 siblings, Nola Sargent of Campton, KY, Lola Johnson of Campton, KY, Bazel Dulin of Sand Lick, KY, Sue Cantrell of West Liberty, KY, Shirley Long of Tennessee and Erlena Ferrell of Ohio, 9 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.

          In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a granddaughter and several brothers and sisters.

          Due to Covid-19 regulations, all services will be private, Saturday December 12, 2020. Rev. Eddie Dennison will be officiating. Burial will be in the Drake Family Cemetery, 1987 Mudlick Road, Salt Lick, KY.
