Lena Katherine (Blevins) McNabb

          Mrs. Lena Katherine Blevins McNabb, 87, of South Highway 211, Salt Lick, KY, passed away Saturday May 25, 2024 at Windsor Care Center, Mount Sterling, KY.

          Born August 13, 1936 at Olympia, KY, the daughter of the late Leslie and Winnie Highley Blevins. She was a retired nurses aid at Ridgeway Manor Nursing Home and was a member of the Salt Lick First Church Of God.

          In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Richard O. McNabb in 2017.

          Survivors include 3 step-daughters: Reba Welch and husband Rick of Salt Lick, KY, Cathy Thomas and her husband Tony of Salt Lick, KY and Susan Anderson and her husband Rev. Jackie Anderson of Owingsville, KY, 1 step-son: Rick McNabb and his wife Sue of Salt Lick, KY, and a special niece: Linda Howard. Also surviving are several grandchildren, great-grandchildren and other nieces and nephews.

          A grave side services will be conducted at 11:00 AM Thursday May 30, 2024 in the Owingsville Cemetery, Owingsville, KY with Bro. David Cooper and Bro. Stephen Anderson officiating. There will be no public visitation. Powell Funeral Home, Salt Lick, KY is caring for arrangements.
