Lovenia "Peachie" (Williams) Deck

          Mrs. Lovenia “Peachie” Deck, 99, of Cave Run Lake Road, Salt Lick, KY, widow of Daniel M. Deck, passed away Sunday morning February 23, 2025 at Ridgeway Nursing And Rehabilitation Facility in Owingsville, KY.

          Born August 2, 1925 in Bath County, a daughter of the late Samuel and Bessie Sorrell Williams. She was a homemaker and a member of Lakeview Community Church.

          In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by 2 brothers: Billy Williams and Heraldon Williams, a great-grandson: Zachary Jones and a son in law: Robert Carmack.

          Her survivors include 4 daughters: Retta Joyce Arden and her husband Robert, Danies Carmack, Vicky Lynn Williams and Tina Deck, 1 son: Billy Joe Deck and his wife Denise, a sister: Elsie Mae Vance and her husband Billy, 8 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren and 9 great-great-grandchildren.

          Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Saturday March 1, 2025 at Powell Funeral Home, Salt Lick, KY with Rev. Eddie Dennison officiating. Interment will follow in Bath County Memorial Gardens.

          Serving as pallbearers: Daniel Arden, Nathan Coffey, Joe Ward, Hunter Jones, Bo Briones, Ronin Briones and Jay Fallis.

          Visiting hours will be Saturday from 12:00 PM until the hour of service at the funeral home.
