Mrs. Mabel Lee Pergram Crouch, 90, of 1610 South Highway 211, Salt Lick, passed away Monday April 23, 2012 at Ridgeway Nursing & Rehabilitation Facility in Owingsville, KY.
Mrs. Crouch was born November 17, 1921 at Salt Lick, KY, the daughter of the late Thomas and Maude Benson Pergram. She was a homemaker, member of the Salt Lick Church Of God and was the widow of the late Everett Crouch.
Survivors include 5 daughters, Ella Frances Jewell and her husband Bobby, Wanda Conn and her husband Carly, Connie Lykins and her husband Ivan, Sheila Thomas and her husband Terry all of Salt Lick and Betty Goodpaster and her husband Gene of Mount Sterling, 4 sons, Kenneth and his wife Noonie, Willis Crouch and his wife Linda, Leslie Crouch and Everett Crouch, Jr. and his wife Marie all of Salt Lick, 27 grandchildren, 47 great-grandchildren and 12 great-great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by 3 grandsons, 2 granddaughters and 1 great-grandson.
Funeral services will be conducted Thursday April 26, 2012 at 11:00 AM at the Salt Lick Church Of God with Rev. Vernon Lambert officiating. Burial will follow in Upper Salt Lick Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6 – 8:00 PM Wednesday April 25 at the Salt Lick Church Of God.
Serving as pallbearers will be Chad Lykins, Dale Conn, Justin Crouch, Chris Crouch, Tim Highley, Travis Willoughby and Cody Willoughby.
