Mary Etta Crouch Withrow, 63, of 85 Corey Road, Salt Lick, KY, passed away Tuesday February 17, 2015 at Cabell Huntington Hospital in Huntington, WV.
Born November 19, 1951, she was the daughter of the late James and Elsie Wright Crouch.
Survivors include her husband Virgil Withrow, 1 daughter, Danielle Withrow of Salt Lick, KY, 3 sons, A.J. Withrow, Floyd Withrow and Aaron Taborn all of Salt Lick, KY, 3 sisters, Roma Gabbard, Ora Lee Adkins both of Salt Lick, KY and Debbie Crouch of Olympia, KY, 4 brothers, Ronnie Crouch, Lenny Crouch, Darvin Crouch and Darrell Crouch all of Salt Lick, KY.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by 2 daughters, Lucy and Kayla Withrow.
Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday February 24, 2015 at 1:00 PM at the City Of Refuge Church at Olympia, KY with Bro. Mike Munday officiating. Burial will follow at Upper Salt Lick Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM Monday February 23, 2015 at the City Of Refuge Church.
