Melba Judith (Mullins) Williams - Wells

          Mrs. Melba Judith Mullins Williams (Wells), 71, of 106 Harrison Ave., Mount Sterling, KY, passed away Monday May 13, 2019 at  Saint Joseph Hospital, Mount Sterling, KY.

          Born September 21, 1947 at Frenchburg, KY the daughter of the late Troy Mullins and the late Ruth Sorrell Mullins. She was a homemaker and former sewing factory employee and attended the Slate Creek Church Of God.

          Survivors include 5 daughters, Dianna Sue Williams, Mitty Williams, Nelda Dorn, Fawnda Williams and Paula Monk, 6 sons, Sanford Williams, Bobby Joe Williams, Timothy Ray Williams, James Clarence Wells, David Scott Williams and Billy Gordon Williams, 3 sisters, Arzella Trimble, Laveda Reed and Edna Bickers, several grandchildren, great-grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.

          In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by 2 children, Dorothy Ellen Curtis and Joseph Francis Wells and 2 brothers, Aubrey Mullins and Lonnie Mullins.

          Services will be conducted Thursday May 16, 2019 at 5:00 PM at Powell Funeral Home, Salt Lick, KY. Burial will follow in Dickerson Cemetery, Salt Lick, KY. Visitation will be from 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM Thursday at the funeral home.

          In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions to St. Claire Hospice, 222 Medical Circle, Morehead, KY 40351.
