Mrs. Meredith Middleton McFarland, 86, of 11009 East Highway 60, Salt Lick, KY, passed away Sunday June 1, 2014 at St. Joseph Hospital, Mt. Sterling, KY.
Born April 21, 1928 at Farmers, KY, she was the daughter of the late Ora and Inez Staton Middleton. She was the widow of the late Robert E. McFarland and was a homemaker and member of the Midland First Church Of God.
Survivors include a son, Eldred L. "Tiny" McFarland and his wife Nola of Salt Lick, 2 grandchildren, Jeana Manley and husband Shannon of Sharpsburg and Rob McFarland and wife Lisa of Owingsville, 5 great-grandchildren, Clay and Ally Manley and Haley, Taylor and Andy McFarland, 1 brother, Lloyd Middleton of Gatlinburg, TN and several nieces and nephews.
Preceding her in death, in addition to her parents and husband, were 1 sister, Fredith Runner and 2 brothers, Coy Middleton and Foy Middleton.
Services will be conducted Wednesday June 4, 2014 at 11:00 AM at the Midland First Church Of God with Pastor Bush Stevenson officiating. Interment will follow at Bath County Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be from 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM Tuesday June 3, 2014 at the Midland First Church Of God
