Millie (Wills) Kier

          Millie Wills Kier, 78, of 3485 South Highway 211, Salt Lick, KY, widow of Vernon Kier, passed away suddenly Friday morning September 29, 2023 at Saint Joseph Hospital, Mount Sterling.

          Born November 29, 1944 at Salt Lick, KY, she was a daughter of the late Forrest and Eva Reffitt Wills. She was a member of the Young’s Valley Church Of God and was employed at Rogers Foam in Mount Sterling, KY.

          In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by a daughter: Anita Wetter, 1 sister: Lena Fay Wills and 3 brothers: Edward, Heraldon and Orville Wills.

          Survivors include 1 daughter: Jennifer Maze (Eddie Simpkins), 2 sons: Rick Coyle (Cindy) and James Kier and 2 step-sons: Ricky Kier and Mike Kier (Stacy), 3 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.

          Funeral services will be conducted Monday October 2, 2023 at Young’s Valley Church Of God, 3559 South Highway 211, Salt Lick, KY 40371, at 3:00 PM with Bro. Tim Lawson officiating. Visitation will be from 1:00 PM Monday until service time at the church.

          Interment will follow the funeral service in Owingsville Cemetery.
