Nancy (Hardin) Ward

          Nancy Sue Hardin Ward, 75, of Mudlick Road, Salt Lick, KY, passed away Thursday December 27, 2018 at St. Claire Regional Medical Center in Morehead, KY.

          Born in Bath County, KY on December 22, 1943, she was a daughter of the later Charles Raymond and Della Bea Hardin and was a homemaker and the widow of Arnold Ward, who preceded her in death Saturday December 22.

          Survivors include 2 daughters, Jennifer Slone and Melissa Ward, 3 sons, David Ward and his wife Darlene, Matt Ward and wife Cynthia and Mark Ward and his wife Valerie, 11 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren, 4 brothers and 3 sisters.

          In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a son, Anthony Keith “Tony” Ward.

          Joint funeral services will be held for Nancy and Arnold Ward Saturday December 29, 2018 at 3:00 PM at Powell Funeral Home with Rev. Jeff Fannin officiating. Burial will be in the Ward Family Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday December 28, 2018 from 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM at the funeral home.
