Roger Dean Crouch, 27, of 935 Fraley Road, Salt Lick, passed away Thursday February 26, 2009 at his residence.
Survivors include his wife, Chelsea Cline Crouch, 1 daughter, Gracie Crouch, his parents, John and Wanda Copher of Salt Lick and 7 brothers, Warren Crouch of Ohio, Dale Crouch of Morehead, Mark Copher of Sharpsburg, Jim Bob Copher, Billy Bob Copher, John Copher and Joey Copher all of Salt Lick.
Funeral services will be conducted Monday March 2, 2009 at 2:00 PM at Powell Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Upper Salt Lick Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6 - 9 PM Sunday
