Sandra K. Baker Davis, 55, of South Highway 211, Salt Lick, KY, passed away Wednesday evening May 27, 2026 at UK-St. Claire Regional Medical Center, Morehead, KY, following a lengthy illness.
Sandy was born October 17, 1970 at Mount Sterling, KY, a daughter of the late Raymond Lovell Baker and the late Bobbie Jean Spencer Baker. She was retired from the Gateway Area Development District and had formerly been employed with UK-St. Claire Regional Medical Center. She was a member of Bethel Baptist Church, Frenchburg, KY.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by siblings, Ronnie Baker, Charlie Baker and Michelle Jean Baker and her father in law, Dewey Wesley “Wes” Davis.
Survivors include her husband, Donnie Davis, a daughter, Dara LaShay Davis and a son, Nathan Kendall Davis and his wife Sara, a sister, Connie Henry (Jeff) and 3 brothers, Raymond Baker (Connie), Jamie Baker (Lisa) and Jeff Baker (Bonnie), 2 special nieces, Larissa Jones and Ranee Collinsworth and her mother in law, Mary Ann Davis. Also surviving are her numerous “Gal Pals” who she enjoyed meeting with regularly for fellowship.
Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, May 30, 2026 at 2:00 PM at Bethel Baptist Church, 926 KY-36, Frenchburg, KY 40322. Pastor Tim Rhodes will be officiating the service, with burial following in Upper Salt Lick Cemetery.
Visitation will begin Saturday morning May 30, 2026, at 11:00 AM and continue until the hour of service at 2:00 PM at the church.
Serving as pallbearers: Reece Anderson, Arlen McNabb, David Leach, Ryan Leach, Owen St. John, Jamie Simpkins, Mark Crouch and Justin Botts.
Honorary pallbearers will be: Logan McNabb, Devon Hunt, Gavin Padgett, Donnie Crouch, Roy Dale Wynn, Tony Wynn, Dean Swartz and Tommy Crouch.
