Tammy Lynn (Crouch) Fulton

          Tammy Lynn Fulton, 53, of Salt Lick, KY, passed away Saturday evening December 25, 2021 at Saint Claire Regional Medical Center, Morehead, KY.

          She was born December 29, 1967 a daughter of Annabel McCarty Crouch of Salt Lick, KY and the late Marion Crouch.

          Surviving, in addition to her mother is one daughter, Ashley Fulton, 1 son, Travis Fulton, 1 brother, Jeff Crouch and 2 grandchildren, Cameron Hylton and Jordyn Fulton.

          In addition to her father in 2012, she was preceded in death by her sister, Laura Crouch Davis in 2010.

          A memorial gathering of family and friends will be Thursday, December 30, 2021 from 2:00 PM - 3:00 PM at Powell Funeral Home, Salt Lick, KY.
