Terry Thomas Obituary

Terry Brent Thomas, 60, of 923 Polksville Road, Salt Lick, KY, passed away Wednesday evening March 16, 2022 at St. Claire Regional Medical Center, Morehead, KY.

Born November 3, 1961, he was the son of the late Earl and Marie Conley Thomas. He was an employee of J.A.G. Inc.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Charles Nelson Thomas.

Survivors include his wife, Sheila Crouch Thomas, a daughter Sasha (Darren) Reinhardt, a son, Travis Thomas, a brother, Tony (Cathy) Thomas and 2 grandchildren, Maynard Reinhardt and Maddox Reinhardt.

At Terry’s request, there will be no services or visitation.
