Tonya Gaye (McNabb) Mabry

          Tonya Gaye McNabb Mabry, 53, of Paris Lane, Morehead, KY, passed away Friday November 10, 2023 at University Of Kentucky Medical Center, Lexington, KY after an extended illness.

          Born August 16, 1970 a daughter of the late Joseph Matthew and Mildred Faye Crouch McNabb. She was a member of the Mudlick First Church Of God. In addition to being a wife, mother and Nana, she was a former Bath County Schools employee, former daycare operator and former employee of Days Inn housekeeping.

          In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister: Marquita McNabb, a brother: Tracy McNabb, mother in law: Diana Mabry, a sister in law: Laura Mabry and a brother in law: Matthew Smith.

          Survivors include her husband: William Dale Mabry, 2 daughters: Brittney O’Neal (Michael) of Georgetown, KY and Haleigh Vanderpool (Mason) of Morehead, KY, 1 son: Joseph Mabry (Monica) of Morehead, KY, 6 grandchildren: Lindsey O’Neal, Alli O’Neal, Parker Mabry, Kaysen Mabry, Jensen Vanderpool and Lawson Mabry, 3 brothers: Joseph McNabb (Cathy), Arlen McNabb (Beth) and Jeremy McNabb (Melanie), her father in law: William Mabry, sister in law: Jenny Smith and a brother in law: Phillip Mabry.

          Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday November 14, 2023 at 2:00 PM at Mudlick First Church Of God with Pastor Mark Caldwell and Pastor Shawn Tolle officiating. Interment will follow in the W.D. Mabry Family Cemetery, Morehead, KY.

          Serving as pallbearers will be: Logan McNabb, Waylon Pennington, Shane Pennington, Jordan Pennington, Bret Smith, McKinnley Smith, Caden Messer and David Smith. Honorary pallbearers will be: Jeremy McNabb, Joseph McNabb, Arlen McNabb, Lance Smith, Phillip Mabry and her nieces and nephews.

          Visitation will be Monday evening November 13, 2023 at Mudlick First Church Of God from 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM.
