Travis Day

          Travis Timothy Day, 23, of 257 Satterfield Lane, Owingsville, KY, died Friday October 13, 2023 at Lexington, KY.

          Travis was born May 26, 2000. He was the son of Charity Blankenship of Owingsville, KY and Tim Day of Salt Lick, KY. He was a Junior at Eastern Kentucky University.

          In addition to his mother and father, he is survived by a sister: Mary Beth Lovell of Owingsville, KY, his maternal grandmother: Mary Brooks of Means, KY, 2 nephews: Linton and Jameson Lovell, his brother in law: Josh Lovell and several aunts, uncles and cousins.

          He was preceded in death by his paternal grandmother, Pamela Jones (2009).

          Funeral services will be conducted Saturday October 21, 2023 at 3:00 PM at Powell Funeral Home, Salt Lick, KY with Dr. Sean Bailey officiating. Interment will follow in the Family Cemetery.

          Visitation will be Saturday October 21, 2023, from 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM at the funeral home.

          Serving as pallbearers: Tim Day, Josh Lovell, Daimler Miller, Noah Forkner, Nathaniel Davis and Joey Edmondson.
