William Timothy Woods

          William Timothy “Tim” Woods, 68, of 11578 East Highway 60, Salt Lick, KY, passed away Friday April 4, 2025 at his residence.

          Born July 2, 1956 at Louisville, KY, his father was the late William Dewey Woods and the late Hazel Juanita Philpot Woods. He was a former long haul truck driver, attended the Bluebank First Church Of God and was an avid Louisville Cardinals fan.

          Survivors include 2 daughters: Christina Woods of Owingsville, KY and Laura Woods (Michael Parr) of Salt Lick, KY, a son: Thomas Woods (Amanda) of Mount Sterling, KY, 11 grandchildren: Katelyn Sue Caldwell (John), James Howard Caldwell, Jr. (Paige), Kyser Layne Woods, William Joseph Woods, Gage Michael Woods, Delmar Xander Drexelius, Michael Allen Parr, Jr., Ava Marie Parr, Iszabella Louise Lafave, Aurora Shayan Lafave and Emberlynn Skyye Faith Woods, a great-granddaughter: Brynleigh Jaymes Caldwell, a sister: Beverly Allen (Bill) of El Dorado, AR, a brother: Tom Woods of Preston, KY and several nieces and nephews.

          Funeral services will be conducted Thursday April 10, 2025 at Powell Funeral Home, Salt Lick, KY at 2:00 PM, with Pastor Jeff Fannin officiating. Burial will follow in Woods Family Cemetery, Lower Licking Road, Morehead, KY. Visitation will be Thursday from 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM at the funeral home.
